HOW TO ENTER

To enter the koi show challenge, simply purchase one of the 20 available fish from our website, with a FREE 4kg bag of the new dainichi color up. Then, enter it into any of the listed koi shows bellow.

On proof of entrance, You will receive 10% back as store credit.

If you win any major award, with fish you selected, you will then receive 100%* back as store credit.

  • Eligibility: By purchasing a fish in this event.
  • Fulfillment: You will receive the bag upon collection or delivery of the fish.
  • Note: This bag cannot be returned or refunded.

Store Credit Usage

  • Store credit can only be used on fish.

Show Requirements for Credit Eligibility

  • Placement: Must be in 2026.
  • Location: Must be in one of the following shows:

- All England Koi Show
- The National Koi Show
- Great British Koi Show
- Birmingham West Midlands Junior Koi Show
- North of England koi Show
- Scottish Koi Show

  • Category: Must be in one of the following categories:

- Baby Champion
- Young Champion
- Adult Champion

10% Store Credit Claim (For Show Entry)

  • Eligibility: By entering into a koi show (claimable up to three times).
  • To Claim: Send an email to tom@koiwaterbarn.com with:
  • A clear photo of the original purchase.
  • A clear photo of the koi entered into the show.
  • Process: Once verified, you will be given an electronic store voucher for use on fish on our website.
  • Claim Deadline: Each 10% claim must be claimed within the 5 following working days of the koi show ending.

100% Store Credit Claim (For Major Award Win)

  • Eligibility: Winning any major award with the selected fish makes you eligible to claim the remaining value of the fish as store credit. (For example, if you have entered two shows to claim 20% back, winning a major award make you eligible to claim the remaining 80% in store credit.)
  • To Claim: Send an email to tom@koiwaterbarn.com with:
  • Clear photo of fish entered in the koi show.
  • Clear photo of the trophy that the fish won for a major award.
  • Process: Once verified, you will be given an electronic store voucher for use on fish on our website.
  • Claim Deadline: Must be claimed within the 5 following working days of the koi show ending.

Shipping & Collection

  • Shipping: Fish must be collected or sent out 10/04.
  • Area: Shipping only to Mainland England.
  • Collection: Collection from koi water barn available from 14/03.
  • Cancellation: Failure to collect will result in a cancellation of your order and a 50% restocking fee.
